Holiday Closure December 2023

 

Can you believe that it's that time of the year again? We'll be taking a well-deserved break from 22/12/2023 until 24/01/2024. We want to make sure that you're well-informed about how our shutdown will affect you.

Firstly, please note that all orders placed and confirmed by you before the close of business on 21/12/2023 will be dispatched on our last day, 22/12/2023. So, if you're planning to place an order with us, please do so before this deadline.

If you need any immediate assistance regarding orders placed, don't hesitate to reach out to us on our Facebook Messenger. We'll do our best to help you out as quickly as possible.

Although we'll be taking a break, you can still place orders through our website. However, please note that any orders placed during our shutdown will not be processed until we resume business on 24/01/2024.  However, our products have a shelf life of at least four months without any colour fading, so feel free to order now and stock up.

We know that this might be an inconvenience for some, but we kindly ask for your patience and understanding during our shutdown. Unfortunately, we won't be able to respond to your inquiries via our Facebook, Instagram, and website channels during our shutdown period.

Lastly, we'd like to take this opportunity to wish you and your loved ones a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! We're grateful for your continued support and we can't wait to serve you again when we return.
