If you're using our preview service, remember that we will only print and send your order after receiving your written approval via email or chat. Make sure to provide your approval promptly to prevent any delays or issues.
Please note that Prints on Cakes cannot guarantee specific delivery dates for your order; however, we will do our best to ensure it arrives by the expected date. Refunds will not be issued for delayed mail or any delivery issues that are beyond our control. You can check your order's estimated delivery time via the order dispatch notification and through your account page on our website.
Additionally, due to the nature of edible inks and icing sheets, there may be slight variations in the colours displayed on your computer monitor, and we cannot guarantee exact colour reproduction.
We take great pride in our designs, and if you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve them. All claims must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
