DISPATCH TIMES IMPACTED BY COVID-19 

We continue to work hard behind the scenes to service our customers in a safe and healthy way.

Australia Post have advised us of a delay in delivery due to reduced flights, social distancing procedures and increased demand. They are working continuously to maintain delivery and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We have taken the following measures to reduce the inconvenience to our customers.

Order collection

Order collection available for Melbourne customers.
We offer contactless collection from our Epping (Vic) premises. You can collect your item from our front porch during a mutually agreed time period.

Express Post

Express Post is still available, but parcels may not be delivered next business day every time. Please allow extra time to ensure your edible image arrives on time for your special occasion.

Regular Post

Australia post will be delivering regular post every second business day in metropolitan areas and extending the delivery times for regular interstate post to 6 or more days from the date of dispatch. 

    We appreciate your understanding of the above and wish you and your loved ones good health. If you have any questions feel free to reach us through Facebook messenger or email. 

    DELIVERY DESTINATIONS

    We ship our product Australia wide including PO Boxes.
    All our shipping is via Australia Post service. We offer both Standard and Express Post options. We provide tracking for all our shipments, so you can have peace of mind.

    DELIVERY COST
    Standard Australia Post-delivery is charged at a flat rate of $4.95 for all orders except A3 and 24cm toppers. Large items such as A3 size and 24cm toppers charged at a flat rate of $8.95.

    WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
    All orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Victoria using Australia Post. We dispatch orders within 1- 2 business days of payment (excluding bulk orders). If you have chosen our free image proofing service when ordering with us shipping will only take place on receipt of your approval for proceeding with your order.

    Delivery time estimates as per Australia Post
    Standard shipping: 2 – 10 business days depending on your location.

    Express shipping: Australia Post next business day delivery, covers 80% of Australian addresses and PO Boxes. If your address outside the Express Post network, it can take 2 to 4 business days to deliver your item.

      Return Policy 

      • Please double-check your order carefully to check that all the details are correct. We cannot refund, items where the faults in customising due to an error made by you so ensure all details are correct at the time of your purchase.
      • Prints on Cakes cannot guarantee the delivery dates for your order and your order will arrive by your expected date. Refunds are not given for delayed mail or any other issue on delivery that is beyond our control.
      • Due to the nature of edible inks and icing sheets, colors may vary slightly from what you see on your computer monitor and exact colour reproduction cannot be guaranteed.
      • We take great pride in our designs, in the event of a special circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve any problems with your order. All claims of any kind must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order.
